You will pay online when booking. Bringing an extra person to play The Cellar? No problem! You can pay any additional fees on-site via bank card or Payconic. Please note that we only accept cash payments when specified. For security reasons, we do not keep cash on hand.

Whilst we cannot confirm, nor deny the existence of hidden passageways. We advise groups including people with limited mobility or pregnant women to contact us in advance. The Cellar is in the actual basement and is NOT wheelchair accessible.

No. It's an escape room. Not a labyrinth.

No problem. When closed, our doors are never physically locked. You can even play with the door open (either slightly open or wide open). Even with the door open, it remains a fun game.

We understand that you may want to bring all your friends to play. However, the minimum and maximum numbers for each room are determined by the available space and the structure of the game. Deviating from these numbers often leads to a less enjoyable game experience. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best possible gaming experience.

The Witches is wheelchair accessible. The Ice Crime can be partially played but may be less suitable. Unfortunately, The Cellar is not wheelchair accessible as it’s located in the basement with access via stairs only.

We prioritize fire safety in our escape room. Emergency buttons are available, allowing you to open the door yourself if needed. Additionally, we have emergency exits, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers in place

Feel free to bring a sweater. The Cellar is in a basement after all. The Ice Crime has central heating.

Yes, parking is available in front. In case of an on-site event, you may need to park on the side of the road.
